We are a genuine artisanal sourdough bakehouse in Jaipur. We bake slowly, fermenting our doughs to develop flavor and texture, and we use simple ingredients: flour, water, and salt.
Our story
What began as late-night experiments turned into a daily ritual: feed the culture, rest the dough, bake when it sings. Today, we bake small-batch breads and condiments for our community with care and discipline.
